As soon as our biltong is ready we immediately select the very best sticks and pack them into 250g portions to retain freshness. The sticks we hold in stock are medium dryness with a small amount of fat.
Available in both original and chilli flavour or a combination of both,

The meat had a good taste. Dried well.
The main problem is that you can't select the fat content. My biltong didn't have much fat and unfortunately all the flavour comes with the fat.
