Our ethos is simple; to make the best biltong you need a few key ingredients. Exceptional quality, grass fed meat, carefully chosen seasonings and patience. We exclusively source PGI accredited Welsh beef for our biltong because of its unrivalled quality, along with the assurance that every animal has been reared extensively on natural grass pastures which are plentiful across Wales. Our seasonings are blended by hand and we dry our biltong slowly, at low temperatures, inspecting each stick daily. Whilst this limits how much we can make each week we wouldn't do it any other way, because biltong this good can't be hurried.
