GREAT Biltong!

It's really delicious, although a little saltier this time than expected. Would LOVE to see a chill chutney flavour ;)

One 500g gr8 one not so gr8

This biltong is brilliant, however... I had one 500g bag that was really excellent finally sliced and very little gristle, the other bag was very roughly chopped for the most part, much lesser quality compared to the first bag. Also I'm no biltong jerky expert but preserving a prime naturally sourced product like this with potassium sorbate seems a shame since its a known toxin that damages human DNA. Surely there is a more natural way, or something that can be placed in the bag rather than in the product. Its definitely tasty, I think there should be a rough cut and fine cut option, and of course a more natural preservative used.

Too salty

Texture and quality is great. But unfortunately, far too salty
