Description

Our original gourmet biltong, made from prime cuts of PGI Welsh beef. Delicately seasoned with garlic, coriander and black pepper.
As well as being a perfect introduction for biltong newcomers, our traditional recipe is also sure to satisfy experienced connoisseurs.
It makes the perfect healthy snack for when you're out and about or need something good to graze on at work. The high protein and low sugar content also make this biltong the ideal post exercise recovery food, zero preparation required and no refrigeration needed, get some for your kit bag today!

Ingredients

220g of beef to produce 100g of biltong, red wine vinegar, salt, garlic, coriander, black pepper, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), sodium ascorbate, glucose, preservative: potassium sorbate

Provenance

Made from 100% UKGI (PGI) Welsh Beef. As part of the UKGI Welsh Beef scheme, all animals must be born in Wales and reared extensively on natural grass pastures within Wales. All farms must be compliant to recognised farm assurance standards.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened we recommend that 35g packs are consumed within 72 hours. 250g and 500g packs have a resealable zipper and should be consumed within 7 days of opening. All sliced biltong will have a minimum of 4 months shelf life remaining upon delivery (typically closer to 9 months). The oxygen absorbing sachets in each pack are NOT for consumption.
