For the ultimate biltong experience, nothing beats a freshly sliced stick. Enjoy cutting it yourself, as thick or thin as you like and save money by buying in bulk.
As soon as our biltong is ready we immediately select the very best sticks and pack them into 250g portions to retain freshness. The sticks we hold in stock are medium dryness with a small amount of fat.
Available in both original and chilli flavour or a combination of both,
we vacuum pack your sticks in 250g bundles to keep them fresh and ensure they're just right when you're ready to enjoy them.

The oxygen absorbing sachet in the pack is not for consumption. For best results remove packaging and air for 15 minutes on a cooling rack before slicing. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep in a place of good ventilation. Do not store within a
plastic bag or other non breathable materials. Consume within 7 days of opening. Typically supplied with 2-3 months shelf life

Quite hard and chewy - even when cut thin
I come from a biltong country. This is good biltong. Nothing compares to Namibian biltong, but nonetheless, I'm happy
