As soon as our biltong is ready we immediately select the very best sticks and pack them into 250g portions to retain freshness. The sticks we hold in stock are medium dryness with a small amount of fat.
Available in both original and chilli flavour or a combination of both,
we vacuum pack your sticks in 250g bundles to keep them fresh and ensure they're just right when you're ready to enjoy them.

Absolutely fabulous, have gone through 2 with 2 left to go. Great for platters and charcuterie board. Or a little snack when trekking. Definitely buying more in the future.
Too much salt but taste good

Not tough and chemically like most but more tender and delicious - the key is to use a mandolin/slicer to cut really fine.
