Tried these after trying others online one you needed a mortgage for and the other just run of the mill. Went for these flavour absolutely fantastic i tried 3 different 250g packs and then ordered the 500g pack. Bulk Bag Biltong - 250g

I render my own lard from our couple of pigs each year and save chicken fat when slaughtering chickens but don’t have enough land to make my own favorite fat - tallow and your is go great thanks.

I come from a biltong country. This is good biltong. Nothing compares to Namibian biltong, but nonetheless, I'm happy
