I bought this for Christmas for my dad, who loves biltong, and is forever adding tabasco to his food. He put one piece in his mouth and had to take it out again. In not too long he was sweating. I hate hot food, but I tried a tiny piece and my tongue only stopped hurting after four glasses of milk and a bowl of yoghurt. My Dad said that after the pain there is a nice flavour. A good gift, money well spent.

I got bought a bag of this for Christmas. After one strip, I was on the floor in chilli pleasure/pain. I’m really used to hot food but these were on another level!!!! From that moment I stitched up the rest of my family by making them think it was just normal Biltong. One of them has a heart condition and I was just one number away from 99-9 before he forgave me!!! My dad was in the recovery position and my Nephew was spitting into his bin. This is good!!! I’ve gone back in today and my mouth is like the devils exhaust. Lovely stuff!!
….. for basting roast beef and roast potatoes and parsnips. Perfect for making Yorkshire Puddings. Christmas dinner would not be the same without it. Also lovely spread on toast with or without Marmite.

The meat used to make this biltong is top-quality, as is the taste. It's not at all stringy but has just enough bite. Heat-wise, it's not for the uninitiated, and even the initiated should be careful about snacking on a bag with an empty stomach, as the Reaper seasoning is powerful enough to bring on capsaicin cramps! Highly recommended.

This is a really delicious product. I use the beef fat for fried breakfasts. I have always used beef fat from my butcher, but this fat from grass fed cattle is far superior. It settles beautifully and is good for heart health. The process of ordering was easy. My package was delivered by the carrier to the wrong address and the after sales service from "from our farm" was superb. I will definitely be buying again, it is great value for the quality of the product.
Haven’t seen or tried the product yet as it’s a Christmas gift but the service was fantastic and packaging is lovely!

Grass-based livestock production in Wales utilises natural rainfall and the excellent grazing potential available on our own doorstep. Using locally grown feeds is better for cattle and better for the environment.
