As well as supplying direct to trade through the wholesale section of our website, we work with several distributors who, collectively, cover the whole of the UK.

Wholesale FAQs

What about lead times and delivery costs?

We normally hold all items in stock for next day dispatch. Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail or DHL UK depending on their size and weight. Transit time is typically 48 hours, although this can't be guaranteed. We offer free shipping on wholesale orders of £50+. You can place smaller orders if you wish but this will incur a shipping charge of £4.95

How much shelf life do your products have?

All of our products have 12 months shelf life, verified in real time. All wholesale orders will be delivered with at least 6 months of shelf life remaining on receipt, and in practice this is typically more like 9 or 10 months. As we control our own manufacturing we are able to produce continually to ensure we don't have issues with short dated stock.

What are your payment terms?

We require pro-forma payment for all new wholesale accounts. The easiest way to do this is to order online through the wholesale section of our website and checkout using a credit or debit card. Complete the form below to apply for a wholesale login for our website.

Should you need to make payment by BACS instead then please contact us to place an order and we will send a pro-forma invoice by email instead.

Is it cheaper to order direct, or with one of your distributors?

We offer our distributors pricing that allows them to sell at the same prices we offer direct. Because of this, wholesale customers can order through the most convenient channel for them, without worrying about getting the best deal.

No. Currently we do not supply any of the large national supermarkets
