Biltong is made from 100% UKGI (PGI) Welsh Beef. As part of the UKGI Welsh Beef scheme, all animals must be born in Wales and reared extensively on natural grass pastures within Wales. All farms must be compliant to recognised farm assurance standards.

Beef Dripping is made from 100% British beef fat. We source kidney fat from local abattoirs and render slowly to create this traditional tallow/dripping. Whilst the cattle are extensively grazed outdoors we are not able to guarantee that this is 100% grass fed as it is typical to supplement with a very small amount of cereals in the winter months.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened we recommend that 35g packs are consumed within 72 hours. All products will have a minimum of 4 months shelf life remaining upon delivery (typically closer to 9 months). The oxygen absorbing sachets in each pack are NOT for consumption.
