Made from 100% British beef fat. We source kidney fat from local abattoirs and render slowly to create this traditional tallow/dripping. Whilst the cattle are extensively grazed outdoors we are not able to guarantee that this is 100% grass fed as it is typical to supplement with a very small amount of cereals in the winter months.
