Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened we recommend that 35g packs are consumed within 72 hours. 250g and 500g packs have a resealable zipper and should be consumed within 7 days of opening. All sliced biltong will have a minimum of 4 months shelf life remaining upon delivery (typically closer to 9 months). The oxygen absorbing sachets in each pack are NOT for consumption
