We have partnered up again with our good friends at the Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm and combined ferocious Carolina Reaper chilli with stunning PGI Welsh beef to create a flavoursome biltong that will satisfy the hottest of chilli heads!
The Carolina Reaper is the hottest chilli on earth, making this product is incredibly spicy, you have been warned!

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened we recommend that 35g packs are consumed within 72 hours. 250g and 500g packs have a resealable zipper and should be consumed within 7 days of opening. All sliced biltong will have a minimum of 4 months shelf life remaining upon delivery (typically closer to 9 months). The oxygen absorbing sachets in each pack are NOT for consumption.

Loved it but could be spicier
I found the Carolina reaper biltong in our local butcher in Bicester and had to have a bag. This is an amazing taste and sensory experience. You have the balance of heat and flavour just right. The endorphins are telling me to go but another packet, while the tongue is saying "Find milk now!".
