Biltong Original, Tomato & Basil (my favourite) and Chilli are great flavours. Blazing and Caroline Ripper are not the best in my humble opinion. The first one has too much turmeric on it, the second one is very spicy per piece, so be respectful. I have got Caroline ripper sauce at home, but in this case is a bit too much if you would like to enjoy only a hot biltong.
