We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fromourfarm.co.uk. We will let you know if your return is eligible and you will then have 14 days to return the item to us. Once received we will confirm that the item is unopened, undamaged and suitable for resale. You will then be issued a refund within 14 days

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, any sale items can only be refunded at the sale price
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Subscription Cancellation
Many of our products are available to purchase as an ongoing subscription, billed and delivered at a frequency of your choosing. Repeat subscriptions qualify for a 10% discount on the initial and subsequent purchases. To qualify for this discount the customer agrees to be billed for a minimum of 3 repeating orders. Amendments or cancellation for subscriptions can be made by the customer through their account once they have had 3 or more repeat orders processed. Should a customer wish to cancel their subscription before they have reached 3 repeat orders, this may be done at the business's discretion. By cancelling the subscription contract, this also cancel's the customer's eligibility for subscription discounts on any products they may have already received. Because of this the customer will be liable to pay back any discount already provided by the subscription contract that they wish to terminate early (before receiving 3 orders as agreed at the point of sale). Alternatively, if the customer has not yet opened the products received and it is still within 30 days of purchase, they can return them in line with the policy above. Once products have been received in a saleable condition, the business will refund the purchase price and cancel future recurring orders.
