I’ve tried a lot of bilotng in the past, and in my opinion, this has got to be the best one yet! I highly recommend!
I roasted the potatoes in the beef dripping, and they were lovely. I roasted the parsnips in ghee — but they were not half as tasty!
I thought the default one was a bit bland and quite different to USA jerky, but the chilli one was really good, will probably buy again.
I'm sorry to say I was pretty disappointed with the biltong
