Shipping Information

Orders for in-stock items will usually be dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday), orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Any changes to the above will be noted in the shopping cart prior to checkout.

Free shipping is available for orders totalling £30 or more. For orders weighing less than 2kg, the standard free shipping method is Royal Mail 2nd Class, for orders weighing in excess of 2kg, the standard free shipping method is DHL UK.

For orders totalling £30 or over, that weigh less than 2kg, customers have the option to upgrade to DHL UK shipping for a fee.

For order values below £30 customers have the following choices for paid shipping methods:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (up to 2kg order weight)
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (up to 2kg order weight)
• DHL UK (normally next working day but this cannot be guaranteed)

The price of the above shipping methods will vary dependant on your order weight to reflect to cost incurred in shipping your order.

Any orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched when all items are available to dispatch. If you require in-stock items sooner than this you should place 2 separate orders.

Please note that Royal Mail 2nd Class does not have comprehensive tracking, should you require a tracked service you should select either Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL UK as your shipping method.
