Subscription Terms & Conditions

From Our Farm Subscription Service:

• Customers who choose to purchase products on a subscription will benefit from a discounted price for each delivery
• Customers can choose a re-order frequency of:
• Every Week
• Every 2 Weeks
• Every 3 Weeks
• Every Month
• Every 2 Months
• Every 3 Months
• By purchasing a subscription the customer authorises the automatic re-order at the requested frequency, and the associated billing to their chosen payment method
• Site discount codes and offers are not valid with subscription orders unless they explicitly refer to subscriptions
• 10% discount applies to the selling price at the beginning of the subscription, should the standard selling price change during your subscription we will email you to inform you of the change 
• Subscription order prices will not be affected by temporary special offers applied to one-off purchases
• Subscription orders will continue indefinitely unless the customer chooses to cancel them
• Subscriptions can only be cancelled once 3 recurring orders have been processed and dispatched
• The frequency of orders for the subscription can be edited at any time, this does not effect the minimum 3 recurring orders before the subscription can be cancelled
• Customers can choose to "skip" an order by selecting the option in the "manage subscriptions" section of their customer account
• Skipping an order does not affect the minimum number of orders that must be paid for and dispatched before cancellation
• Customers can change the flavours of their subscription in line with the options available on our online shop, to do so please email: info@fromourfarm.co.uk quoting your order reference
• Customers can edit the quantity of items included in their subscription using the "manage my subcriptions" section of their online account. This can be done for a single order within a subscription or for the life of the subscription. The amount billed will reflect the change in quantity and will be displayed during the editing process
