Beef Dripping

I found the Carolina reaper biltong in our local butcher in Bicester and had to have a bag. This is an amazing taste and sensory experience. You have the balance of heat and flavour just right. The endorphins are telling me to go but another packet, while the tongue is saying "Find milk now!".

Bought for my brother in law who loves all things chilli... He absolutely loved this one!! Took him a while to eat the whole packet, in between blowing his nose and wiping his forehead 😂

A chip is just a chip till it meets Beef Dripping, then it becomes alive and teases the pallet till you need more and more

This is good quality proper kidney fat, used for cooking and making pemmican (husband quick carnivore lunch) . Reasonable price. It would be wonderful if you could offer an organic option.
