The people asked for a hotter chilli and here it is! Inspired by the plethora of spicy gems grown locally at the Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm we blended Habanero chillies with punchy turmeric to make a biltong with a dry, punchy and totally addictive heat wave!

220g of beef to produce 100g of biltong, red wine vinegar, salt, turmeric (0.6%), chilli powder (0.4%), garlic, coriander, black pepper, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), sodium ascorbate, glucose, preservative: potassium sorbate

Made from 100% UKGI (PGI) Welsh Beef. As part of the UKGI Welsh Beef scheme, all animals must be born in Wales and reared extensively on natural grass pastures within Wales. All farms must be compliant to recognised farm assurance standards.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened we recommend that 35g packs are consumed within 72 hours. 250g and 500g packs have a resealable zipper and should be consumed within 7 days of opening. All sliced biltong will have a minimum of 4 months shelf life remaining upon delivery (typically closer to 9 months). The oxygen absorbing sachets in each pack are NOT for consumption.

Seriously good, seriously spicy!

This is excellent stuff, incredibly tender and flavoursome meat.
It's also very spicy so the small starter bags are great for sampling the range.

Biltong

Myself and a couple of friends sampled all of the biltong that From Our Farm offer, and compared them to a number of other biltong/jerky products. These were by far the most tender and flavoursome, with the least additional sugar. My favourite personally is the Tumeric, whereas one of my friends throughly enjoyed the Carolina Reaper (too hot for me). I would thoroughly recommend all of the biltong that From Our Farm produce, and love that I can get a pack while I am enjoying a pint in one of our local bars.
